1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and maxim888 ("maxim888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the maxim888 website located at maxim888.co and all associated gaming services, software, products, and content (collectively, the "Services").

You agree to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents when requested. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for unverified accounts.
• Account Sharing: Your maxim888 account is personal to you. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the maxim888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

maxim888 may, at its absolute discretion, offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, reload promotions, and VIP rewards to eligible players. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated within each individual promotion:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible accounts meeting the stated criteria at the time of the promotional offer.
• Wagering requirements, if applicable, must be met in full before bonus-derived funds may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's specific terms.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

11. Termination

maxim888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any outstanding balance, with immediate effect and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information is discovered.
• Account closure is required to comply with applicable law, regulation, or governmental order.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method or an approved alternative, subject to applicable withdrawal procedures.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the maxim888 Services, the following procedure applies:
